The Cake House, a cannabis dispensary chain offering flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and pre-rolls, is preparing to open three new locations: Rancho Bernardo at 16375 Bernardo Center Drive; Sorrento Valley at 10150 Sorrento Valley Road, Suite 110; and Lemon Grove at 6691 Federal Boulevard.

The company’s three new locations are listed as “coming soon” on its website, although exact opening dates have not been announced. The Rancho Bernardo store will serve customers in North County, while the Sorrento Valley and Lemon Grove locations will further expand the company’s footprint across the San Diego region. Customers can expect a selection of lab tested cannabis products, including flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, pre rolls, and products from brands such as STIIIZY, Raw Garden, Kiva, Jeeter, Cannabiotix, and Wyld.

The Cake House was founded in Vista in 2021 by entrepreneur Daniel Wise to create a more approachable cannabis retail experience. Since opening its first store, the company has grown into a multi-state operator with more than 18 locations across California and Michigan. The three upcoming stores continue that expansion while adding to an already growing presence throughout San Diego County. The company is also planning to open a new location in Riverside.

In addition to the coming soon locations, The Cake House currently operates dispensaries in Vista, Encinitas, Point Loma, Mission Valley, Mankind, and several other California markets. The company also offers online ordering, pickup services, a rewards program, and a mobile app that provides access to live inventory and promotions. Its website also features an AI-powered budtender designed to help customers find products based on their preferences.

Each location will carry thousands of products across multiple categories, giving customers a wide range of options for both recreational cannabis and wellness-focused purchases. The company’s inventory includes more than 300 brands, with products that are lab tested for purity, potency, and safety.

These will be excellent landing spaces for The Cake House as it continues expanding throughout Southern California. Rancho Bernardo, Sorrento Valley, and Lemon Grove each offer established residential communities and convenient access that align with the company’s continued growth strategy while bringing additional cannabis retail options to local customers.
