All-day cafe Pura Vida Miami has its first Long Beach location in the works. It will open in the former Noble Rotisserie space at 2ND & PCH at 6460 E. Pacific Coast Hwy, Suite 125. Noble Rotisserie announced in April its relocation to a different space in the center.
Pura Vida Miami has existing locations in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Malibu and Costa Mesa. Husband-and-wife team Omer and Jen Horev founded the brand in 2012 in South Florida, and the brand has 55 locations across the country listed on the Pura Vida website. It just started expanding to California in the past year.
Pura Vida focuses on providing a nutritious menu designed to promote health and wellness. The brand offers menu items including coffee and tea; superfood smoothies such as Omer’s Post Workout (blueberry, banana, spinach, almond butter, almond milk and vegan vanilla protein) and Playa Papaya (papaya, pineapple and coconut water); acai bowls; all-day breakfast items like avocado smash toast and overnight oats; bowls such as spicy tuna and mango salmon; sandwiches and wraps; and snacks like baked empanadas and tahini hummus.
What Now Los Angeles reached out to the Pura Vida Miami team for more information regarding the opening timeline but did not hear back prior to the time of publication.
