The team behind Mikomi Sushi and Seoul Alley are crafting a new rooftop social bar concept. Lune Terrace will open on the upper floor of the Citizens Publishing Company Building in Culver City at 9355 Culver Blvd. Manager Daniel Chung Min told What Now Los Angeles that the concept is currently in development and will open toward the end of the year.
The team will also open a Korean BBQ concept, HWA ON, in the same building in September.
At Lune Terrace, the menu will feature New American cuisine with Asian-inspired flavors, alongside a beverage program featuring Japanese whiskies, premium spirits, a wine list and specialty craft cocktails.
The concept will have an outdoor rooftop patio ideal for social gatherings. It will also be available for private events, company gatherings and celebrations.
“Our vision is to create a relaxed yet refined neighborhood destination where guests can enjoy exceptional drinks, great food and memorable moments in a welcoming rooftop setting, no matter the hour,” Chung Min said.
The team plans to unveil additional details about Lune Terrace as they grow closer to opening.
