One of the largest massage and facial spa franchises in North America is eyeing Anna. According to public filings, Hand & Stone plans to open at 2549 W. Rosamond Parkway, Suite 106, within Rosamond Corners.
What Now Dallas spoke with franchisee, Priya, who said the project is still in its early stages, with an opening targeted for early 2027. As the project remains in the permitting phase, the timeline may shift as the build-out progresses.
Hand & Stone’s gives clients access to a range of wellness services, including Swedish and hot stone massages, customized facials, hair removal, and CBD-enhanced treatments, through a membership-based model that aims to make spa services accessible on a recurring basis.
According to Priya, the Rosamond Parkway location was selected because of the area’s growth and strong sense of community. “I see there’s a strong sense of community there. I’m excited to serve the neighborhood and provide people with comfort as part of their daily routine,” she told What Now Dallas.
Anna, a fast-growing city in Collin County, has experienced significant residential and commercial development in recent years, making it an increasingly attractive market for wellness and personal care concepts.
