The project, listed as 7-Eleven 42962 Seguin, TX, is planned for the intersection of SH 46 and Rudeloff Road in Seguin.
According to the filing, the project calls for the ground-up construction of a 4,816-square-foot, one-story convenience store with fuel services. Construction is scheduled to begin on January 12, 2027, with completion currently targeted for September 9, 2027.
The permit identifies the project as privately funded and lists the scope of work as the new construction of a convenience store with associated fuel services. Gregg Claire and Gregg Margaret are listed as the property owners, while The Dimension Group is serving as the project’s design firm. Elana Nesbit is listed as the tenant on the filing.
