Aeropostale is preparing to refresh its presence at The Outlet Shoppes at Laredo, according to a recently filed permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The American casual clothing and accessories retail project is planned for 1600 Water Street, Space B-560, where the apparel retailer will undergo a 5,278-square-foot interior remodel.
According to the filing, construction is expected to begin on August 21, 2026, with completion targeted for October 23, 2026. The renovation carries an estimated construction cost of $400,000.
The permit identifies the scope of work as an interior tenant remodel. The project is privately funded, with Laredo Outlet Shoppes LLC listed as the property owner. CESO, Inc. is serving as the design firm for the renovation.
Andre Robinson of Aeropostale (Catalyst Brands) is listed as the tenant on the filing.
