Valor Cigars appears to be preparing to open a new location in West San Antonio, according to a recently filed permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The project, listed under the name Valor Cigars, is planned for 10907 Culebra Road, Suite 115, within Westwood Center East.
According to the filing, the 1,600-square-foot space will undergo an interior renovation that includes the construction of new walls, a restroom, and a new entry door, along with upgraded HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes.
Construction is expected to begin on August 15, 2026, with completion currently slated for October 15, 2026. The project has reached the Review Complete stage.
The filing lists Christopher Palumbo as the tenant, and he confirmed to What Now San Antonio that he was the owner of this upcoming location, while SBT Ventures LLC is identified as the property owner. Harmon Design Group is serving as the project’s design firm.
