TENSHOU Collection is embarking on a major opening. The brand plans to open four locations throughout the country by the end of this year and early next year, including one on the Las Vegas Strip. According to a Las Vegas Food Facebook post, Tenshou Collection, an upscale Japanese dining destination, is expected to open in the Blvd Las Vegas at 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd.
“In a city of illusions, we offer the profound experience of truth,” the TENSHOU Collection website reads.
“TENSHOU Collection Las Vegas brings Japan’s most revered culinary masters to the global stage —uncompromising, authentic, and pure.”

The upcoming Las Vegas opening is already listed as “coming soon” on the brand’s website, along with the two locations set to open in New York and the one that is coming to West Hollywood in Los Angeles, CA.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Round One’s Takafumi Mizuno and Executive Advisor Lucian Tudor to find out more about the brand and the upcoming Las Vegas Strip opening. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Within TENSHOU Collection, each restaurant offers an immersive, counter-only dining experience led by chefs trained in Japan. TENSHOU is not a theme. It’s the real Japan, as it’s meant to be experienced,” the brand’s website reads.
“Every location curates a lineup of restaurants that are all exceptionally hard to book in Japan.”
The TENSHOU Collection is a newly founded hospitality concept that curates multi-counter, high-end Japanese omakase and dining experiences under one roof. Established in 2026, it aggregates Michelin-starred and Tabelog-awarded concepts traditionally difficult to book in Japan for international expansion. Developed and built by Round One Delicious USA Inc., an upscale restaurant venture led by CEO Shane Kaj, the brand brings together renowned master chefs and concepts from Japan.
“These are not ordinary chefs. They are the foundation of the TENSHOU Collection. Masters whose work has defined modern Japanese dining,” the brand’s website reads.
“The path to becoming a TENSHOU Collection chef is steep and solitary. Only those who have endured the most rigorous training under the Masters are entrusted to serve you. They do not just cook; they embody the art of Omotenashi.”
Try out their handy work for yourself when TENSHOU Collection debuts on the Las Vegas Strip in the Blvd Las Vegas at 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd this fall.
