A new spot for those planning parties and get-togethers is coming soon.

Total Wine & More is joining the Farmington Hills shopping center at 31077 Orchard Lake Road in the near future. This will join other new retailers planned for the center including Meijer and Nordstrom Rack. An opening date has not been announced, but it will open sometime in 2027.

Wine enthusiasts are able to find any kind they like at stores, including red, white, champagne, rose, sweet and sparkling. While there are many national and international wines to choose from, stores also sell beers, spirits like bourbon and tequila, THC-infused drinks, non-alcoholic options and mixers. The company also sells gift cards, bags and sets.

Total Wine & More currently has nearly 300 stores across the U.S. It was first founded in Maryland in 1991. The company’s Michigan stores are in Novi, Rochester Hills, Sterling Heights, Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids.

The wine and liquor store is coming to the north end of the shopping center, sharing the building with The White Barn Candle Co. Other chains in the shopping area include Carter’s, T.J. Maxx, Dollar Tree and Five Below. This is on the north side of Farmington Hills, near the 14 Mile Road and Northwestern Highway intersection.
