According to public filings, Victoria’s Secret plans to occupy a 5,549-square-foot retail space at 11010 Domain Drive, Suite S15, inside The Domain Mall II in Austin. Permitting records list a completion date of January 2027. However, dates listed in public filings are not always definitive.
Victoria’s Secret is one of the most recognized lingerie and lifestyle brands in the world, offering bras, underwear, sleepwear, loungewear, and an extensive beauty and fragrance line.
What Now Austin previously reported on PINK’s plans to occupy a 2,982-square-foot space at the same development, at Suite V03. The lingerie retailer currently lists a location at 11410 Century Oaks Terrace, Suite 128, within The Domain’s original footprint.
This outlet reached out to Victoria’s Secret and PINK representatives to inquire about the opening timeline and confirm the nature of the new projects, but did not receive a response prior to press time.
The new filing raises the possibility of an additional location or a move within the larger development, although the nature of the project has not been confirmed.
The brand has been undergoing changes in recent years, including updates to its store formats and visual merchandising as it continues to evolve its retail strategy.
The Domain continues to see new retail activity. What Now Austin has previously covered several new concepts arriving at the development, including Levain Bakery and PopUp Bagels.
