Bowls and wraps are the options at this growing Mediterranean chain.

Joe Vicari Restaurant Group has a new 2941 Mediterranean Street Food location in store, this time at 36650 Garfield Road in Clinton Township. This comes from a recent social media post from the chain, and it will be the group’s eighth Michigan restaurant for 2941. An opening date has not been announced, but it is coming sometime later this fall.

The chain first popped up in the Detroit suburbs in 2015 when the first location opened in Rochester Hills. Since then, the restaurant group has expanded Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Fenton, Royal Oak and Lansing. What Now Detroit recently covered the team’s new location coming to 2941 Haggerty Road in Commerce Township, which is now open.

2941 Mediterranean’s menu offers three meals, including an honest bowl, mini bowl and stuff-it sandwich. Those ordering can choose a base like rice or wheat, then a protein and sauces including tandoori aioli, garlic and lemon basil lebne. Vegetables and additional toppings are on the menu as well.

The plaza is at the intersection of Garfield and 16 Mile roads, sharing the building with May Hong Restaurant, a Little Caesars and Cool Cravings Ice Cream Shop. The storefront looks to be at the south end of the plaza next to Little Caesars. This is not far from the popular Michigan Lottery Amphitheater.

More information on 2941 Mediterranean Street Food and future locations can be found on their website.
