CP Group Partners with Episcope Hospitality at Bank of America Plaza

CP Group has announced its partnership with Episcope Hospitality for a renovation project. The partnership will introduce new dining, beverage, and tenant-focused spaces at Bank of America Plaza. It will upgrade the dining, beverage, and tenant amenities in the 55-story office tower.

The new partnership is part of CP Group‘s second phase of renovations at the building. CP Group has invested more than $70 million in improvements since acquiring the property. This marks Episcope Hospitality’s entry into the Atlanta market.

The project will introduce three new hospitality concepts covering nearly 18,000 square feet. It includes a full-service restaurant and bar, a gourmet market and café, and a tenant-only club. The club will be on the 37th floor of the building and will offer panoramic views of Atlanta.

New Upgrades Coming to Bank of America Plaza

The new upgrades at Bank of America Plaza will include a new restaurant and bar. It will replace the existing food hall in the building’s West Wing. The space will feature multiple dining and lounge areas, private dining rooms, and a large viewing screen for watch parties and events.

A gourmet market and café will open next to the restaurant. It will offer specialty coffee, pastries, sandwiches, salads, grab-and-go meals, and locally sourced products. These West Wing dining options are expected to open in early 2027.

The property will also add a tenant-exclusive club expected to open by the end of 2026. It will open on the 37th floor and will offer several hospitality services. This includes food and beverage service, private event facilities, catering, tenant discounts, and more.

Episcope Hospitality operates hospitality concepts at major commercial properties across the U.S. During the renovations, the company will take over operations of the lobby cafe, Spire espresso + spirits.

The tenant experience at Bank of America Plaza is expected to elevate with these new hospitality concepts.
