Old Fourth Ward restaurant to reopen as a ‘cocktail-driven restaurant and bar.’

P’cheen International Bistro & Pub on Highland Avenue is closing its doors after eight years in business, the Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported.

The Old Fourth Ward restaurant will shutter Feb. 9, according to P’cheen’s owners.

“While it’s with heavy hearts that we share the news P’cheen will be closing its doors, we are excited that a new concept will open in its place – our home for eight wonderful years in the Old Fourth Ward – by a longtime friend and patron of the restaurant,” the owners of P’cheen posted on Facebook Friday.

“We will be focusing our efforts [on] the Edgewood Speakeasy, Pizzeria Vesuvius, and Bone Lick BBQ along with exploring new ventures.”

The space will reopen as a “cocktail-driven restaurant and bar,” owned and operated by restaurateur Bernard Mussa of Woodfire Grill, according to the ABC.
