Paris-based fashion brand Sézane has set its sights on Atlanta for its first location in Georgia. It will join Ponce City Market with plans to open this fall, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The French brand, founded in 2013 by Morgane Sézalory, first made the leap to the U.S. in 2017 with a location — better known as “appartements” in the Sézane brand — in New York City. Since then, it has spread to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, San Jose, Boston, Nashville, Charleston and The Hamptons. These locations join seven appartements in Paris, seven locations across other areas of France and four locations across the rest of Europe.

Sézane sells a variety of fashion products, including shirts, dresses, coats, denim, shoes, swimwear, jewelry, belts, bags and more.

“Above all, Sézane is guided by a passion to create beautiful pieces without intermediaries, allowing us to prioritize quality while maintaining fair prices,” the Sézane website states. “No overproduction, no sales and no unsold stock. Instead, we release our archives twice a year, ensuring nothing goes unworn.”

It carries items across a wide price range, from shirts as inexpensive as $40 to products that cost hundreds of dollars.

“Sézane is, above all, a story of life and the lives of those who write it,” Sézalory says of her brand on the websiteA collective community, an eternal co-creation and a deep understanding that nothing is possible without one another, to improve all that can be and offer you the most beautiful pieces.”

Ponce City Market features plenty of other brands, including J. Crew, Williams-Sonoma, Laurel Lane Jewelry, Reformation and Buck Mason.
