According to recent public records, Mi Vida Comida will soon begin building out in Hutto. The restaurant will be found at 101 Limmer Loop, within suite 100.

“We’re doing construction right now,” owner Firas Abusaada tells What Now Austin, adding that they will serve “Mexican food” and aim to open in February.

The construction project, estimated to cost $ 150,000, will consist of “construction of a 1587sf first tenant finish-out of a restaurant with new hvac, kitchen hood, electrical service and plumbing.”

When asked why he chose Hutto, Mr. Abusaada simply says “I live by there and have another business there.”

No exact opening date has yet been set.
