According to public filings, Studio Pulse plans to debut in Travis County. The women-owned boutique fitness concept built around beat-driven movement and strength training is coming to South Austin.
Studio Pulse is a rhythm-driven fitness studio offering beat-based, strength-focused mat classes designed to build power, endurance, and connection.
The studio was co-founded by sisters Ashton and Adele Verrengia, who also run Method Pilates. The pair opened their first Studio Pulse location in Houston’s M-K-T Heights development, which debuted in January 2026.
What Now Austin spoke with co-founder Adele Verrengia, who confirmed that Studio Pulse’s Austin location will be close to Method Pilates, the sisters’ other fitness concept.
“We are excited to get to put them close to each other and continue to grow our community,” Verrengia said.
The concept was created to combine strength training and music in an immersive, high-energy experience. The class dynamic spans six signature formats: PULSE, the foundation of the studio; HEAT, which delivers a full-body sculpt experience through high repetitions; FLOW, which offers a heated vinyasa practice; TEMPO, a rhythm-driven sculpt class; POWER, which focuses on slow, controlled supersets with heavier weights and time under tension; and RENEW, the studio’s active recovery class, which uses red-light therapy mats and guided mobility work.
Every instructor at Studio Pulse goes through an extensive training process designed to ensure consistency across every class. The brand describes its approach as “luxury without ego,” combining premium spaces, expert instruction, and zero intimidation.
