Dalmoros Fresh Italian is preparing to open a new location inside Boston’s South Station. The new restaurant will offer Italian favorites and fresh pasta. The grand opening will include giveaways, complimentary food items, and a ceremonial pasta-cutting event.

Dalmoros Fresh Italian to Open in Boston’s South Station

Dalmoros Fresh Italian will open its newest restaurant on June 12, 2026. The opening marks the brand’s first location inside a major transit hub.

The fast-casual concept serves fresh pasta made on-site, house-made sauces, panini, salads, and a variety of toppings. Customers can also purchase fresh pasta to take home. The South Station location will be the first Dalmoros restaurant to serve breakfast and coffee.

Dalmoros currently operates locations in Florida and Massachusetts. It has additional locations planned in Philadelphia, New York City, Austin, San Antonio, and Washington, D.C.

“We couldn’t be more excited to make South Station our newest stop and connect with travelers, commuters, and the local Boston community more,” says David Caruso of Dalmoros Fresh Italian. “This opening is a major milestone for our team and reflects the growing demand for fresh, high-quality Italian food in convenient, high-traffic destinations.”

Grand Opening Event

To celebrate the opening of the new location, Dalmoros will host a “pasta cutting” ceremony at noon. The first 100 customers will receive a free pasta card for their next visit. Guests can also enjoy giveaways, including complimentary tiramisu and bagged fresh pasta.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to take photos with the brand’s mascot, Tony Rigatoni. The restaurant is located at 700 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 112. It will open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
