A new liquor store is coming to Savannah.
Chatham Parkway Premium Liquor, owned by Mehul Patel, will open at 940 Chatham Center Drive, Suite 101, according to business filings.
“It’s a good opportunity. It’s a good market. There’s a lot of housing around there, so I think we’ll do fairly well,” Patel told What Now Charleston.
The shop will sell liquor, beer and wine, with plans to possibly add tobacco products as well.
The layout is designed to promote smooth customer flow, with staff on-site to monitor activity and maintain a safe, orderly environment.
An official opening date has not been announced, but Patel plans to open within the next 60 to 90 days.
