According to a recent tweet from B Talent, Kazka Bakery aims to open a Lakeview location at 3056 N Lincoln Avenue.

Kazka Bakery currently has a location based in Rolling Meadows, known for its French macarons. The bakery’s founder is Mariia Semeniv.

“New bakery opening in Lakeview at 3056 N Lincoln Ave – Kazka Bakery. Currently based in Rolling Meadows. I could be wrong, but I think the owners are semi recent arrivals from Ukraine. Their pages online show a lot of macarons,” the tweet states.

“This is where Michelin starred restaurant Entente used to be – closed in March 2019. Then the building was torn down and a new one went up. The bakery will of course be in the new building.”

Loop Net describes the property as being built in 2021 with 5,133 square feet of space. “The location has great exposure as you are in a heavily trafficked neighborhood with Whole Foods, Jewel/Osco, Starbucks, Garfield’s Liquors and Home Carpet One within 2 blocks.”
