It looks like a new restaurant called Solette is going in an office tower in The Loop.
Solette restaurant recently announced they are coming to the city this summer. This is from the real estate hospitality company Onni Group. They will be at 225 W Randolph Street, according to their website.
Crain’s Chicago Business recently reported the restaurant is looking at June as the month of opening. Onni Group is based in Vancouver, British Columbia and has properties in Chicago, Toronto, Seattle, Los Angeles and Phoenix. The company also owns Dialtone Coffee & Wine Bar in the city at 1136 N Wells Street.
The menu has not been released, but it is expected to be a fine dining establishment. It will have dishes from all over the world, according to the Crain’s article.
The Loop is already a happening area for bars and restaurants. Near the new Solette location are Fracois Frankie Le Carousel Bar, Beatrix Loop, Randolph Tavern and City Social.
