A company offering craft beer, spirits and coffee has plans for an upcoming Warrenville development.
The owners of Two Brothers Brewing are planning on debuting a tap house to accompany an upcoming apartment building in the city. An address has not been released as the building is to be developed, but it will be at the northwest corner of Route 59 and Butterfield Road. The project is awaiting the city council’s approval.
Two Brothers Tap House is currently at 30W315 Calumet Avenue W in Warrenville, not far from the future development. They brew the beers at the location, and have a coffee roasting company there. Jason and Jim Ebel want to move the tap house closer to the road for easier accessibility.
“It’s about brewing with our beliefs, roasting with no regrets, creating spirits with an independent spirit and creating relaxing, fun environments where friends and family can enjoy themselves, forgetting their worries of the day,” says the description on their website.
The new apartment building is set to be over 270 units, and it will accompany a number of other concepts that will sign leases in the near future. What Now Chicago has reached out to the Ebel brothers about the project and is awaiting comment.
This area of Warrenville is on the border of Naperville, and is close to the city’s Topgolf location off of Route 59. Other chains are close-by including Culver’s, Dairy Queen and Wing Snob. As of now, this is the only announced restaurant addition for the intersection.
Along with the new tap house, the Ebel brothers will continue to operate their Roadhouse location at 205 N Broadway in Aurora. For more information on Two Brothers Brewing and the future tap house, visit their Instagram @twobrothersbrewingcompany.
