Skyline Chili is continuing its regional expansion with a new restaurant planned for Batavia, bringing the Cincinnati-based chili chain to Clermont County.
The new location is planned for 2184 Winemiller Lane in Batavia, Ohio, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier. Skyline announced the upcoming restaurant on social media on August 27.
The planned restaurant will span approximately 3,832 square feet and is expected to accommodate 122 guests. Public records indicate the project represents an investment of approximately $1 million.
Skyline Chili currently has more than 130 locations across the country, and the Batavia restaurant is part of the brand’s ongoing expansion. According to the Cincinnati Business Courier, nine new Skyline locations have opened since Dick Williams became CEO in June 2023.
The Batavia restaurant is expected to open in early 2027, although an exact opening date and operating hours have not yet been announced.
Skyline Chili was founded in Cincinnati in 1949 and is known for its Cincinnati-style chili, served over spaghetti or hot dogs, along with sides, sandwiches and other menu items.
The new Batavia location will add another restaurant to Skyline’s growing Cincinnati-area footprint as the company continues expanding throughout the region.
