Crunch Fitness announced the upcoming openings of Crunch Benbrook and Crunch Burleson in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The brand new $12 million, 27,000-40,000-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness facilities will open doors soon, with pre-sale now underway. Operated by Crunch Fitness franchisee Southwest Fitness Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of CR Fitness Holdings, Crunch Benbrook will be located at 8518 Benbrook Boulevard, and Crunch Burleson will be located at 1551 Greenridge Drive, creating a new fitness offering for residents of the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Both clubs will feature the new Crunch 3.0 design, combining modern aesthetics, expanded training spaces, and enhanced functionality with some of Crunch’s newest fitness offerings. Crunch Burleson will feature a dedicated Abs & Glutes Studio for members looking for more targeted, results-driven programming.

The Abs & Glutes Studio at Crunch Burleson provides a dedicated space for core and lower-body training, featuring specialized equipment and accessories to improve workout flow and give members a focused environment for targeted training.

Southwest Fitness Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of CR Fitness Holdings, is projected to be operating nearly 20 Crunch clubs in the state of Texas, along with five in Arizona, by the time Crunch Benbrook and Crunch Burleson open.
