Samoa Beauty Aesthetics is relocating from its current Irving location to a new space in Las Colinas. According to public filings, the beauty studio plans to open at 240 W. John Carpenter Freeway, Building 5.
What Now Dallas reached out to owner Andreina Suárez, who confirmed the move to John Carpenter Freeway and said she is targeting a November opening, pending construction timelines and permits.
Samoa Beauty specializes in laser hair removal, facials, body contouring, and injectables. The business has built a loyal following in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with more than 20,000 followers on Instagram, where it markets its medical-grade laser technology and comfortable, low-pain approach to treatments.
The business currently operates at 800 W. Airport Freeway, Suite 520. Suárez told What Now Dallas that the move to Las Colinas offers both practical and personal advantages for the business.
The 12,000-acre planned community is known for its major corporate headquarters, Italian-style canals, and upscale urban living. The area’s position between Dallas and Fort Worth made it an attractive commercial location, she said, while the move also represents a step toward greater independence for her business.
“Since I already have my location here in Irving, I’m just moving to something of my own,” Suárez told What Now Dallas.
Suárez said the new space will allow the business to continue delivering the same level of service its clients have come to expect, paired with updated technology.
“We’re very excited to welcome them and to provide the best service and attention we’re known for, along with the latest technology,” she told What Now Dallas.
Looking ahead, Suárez said she is open to further growth beyond the Las Colinas relocation, though she has no additional locations confirmed at this time.
