Andy’s Frozen Custard is set to open a new location in Parker, at 18900 Lincoln Avenue, city records show. This location is part of a further expansion plan by a local franchisee that signed an area development agreement.

The Parker location will serve signature treats like concretes, sundaes, and the “Pick 6” FreezCrete cups. Highlights include BootDaddy Concrete, Triple Chocolate Concrete, and the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer. The menu also features malts, shakes, floats, and drinks like Sprecher sodas and Yummy Lattes with frozen custard and espresso.

This new unit is part of the Rocky Mountain Custard group, which operates multiple locations across Colorado, including in Denver, Littleton, and Sheridan, according to Restaurant Finance. What Now Denver has previously covered the operator’s openings.

Right off Lincoln Avenue and near a busy intersection, the site will have a 9-car stack drive-thru on a site with high visibility, Its Crexi listing reports the property sees passing traffic counts of over 56,000 cars per day. There is a 20-year lease signed.
