A fresh culinary experience has arrived in the Golden Triangle neighborhood with the opening of Flora, a new café and wine bar located in Patten Gray, a luxury residential building. Brought to life by Daniel Masters, the mastermind behind Denver’s Hello Darling, Flora blends the warmth of a cozy neighborhood café with the sophistication of a wine bar, offering something for everyone from dawn to dusk.
Flora greets the day with a menu of specialty coffee, artisanal pastries, and fresh breakfast options. As the sun sets, Flora transforms into an intimate wine bar, offering a curated selection of fine wines paired with light bites in an atmosphere perfect for unwinding or socializing, as well as a great place to bring a date.
In addition to its diverse offerings, Flora will host an array of community-driven events, including trivia nights. Flora is poised to become a cherished destination in Denver’s thriving Golden Triangle by filling a much-needed gap in the local food and entertainment scene.

Flora is located in the retail space at Patten Gray, a 13-story, luxury rental property located at the intersection of W. 12th Avenue and Delaware Street. The newly built property began leasing this past Fall. The development offers a range of amenities, including a conference room and workspaces, a fitness center with mountain views, an outdoor pool with a lounge area, and a Skydeck lounge with 360-degree views of Denver. The property also features a clubroom and a spa. Developed by Rockefeller Group in partnership with Summit Capital, WYLD Now identified and secured Flora as the retail tenant, aligning perfectly with the development’s vision of blending luxury living with dynamic community amenities.
Flora is now open at 370 W 12th Ave, with hours from 7 am to 10 pm, M-Th, 7 am to 11 pm Fr-Sat, and 7 am to 9 pm Sun.
