Restaurateurs Mike and Megan Davis are getting prepared to unveil their new concept, Red’s Sunset Grill, social media posts show. The couple are working on the property, which is located at 7 Spectrum Loop, currently.

The Davises are also known for their other successful ventures: Atmosphere Gastropub, Back East Bar & Grill, Abby’s Irish Pub, and Red’s American Grill. Now, the Davises are working hard on this concept, which is set to open in May or June.

Beasts and Brews owner recently made the decision to retire, allowing Red’s Sunset Grill to take its place. It officially closed on the 1st of the month. The space has a nice patio area with majestic views of Pikes Peak.

At the heart of the establishment will be a full butcher shop with high-quality cuts of beef, pork, elk, and chicken. There will also be a scratch kitchen, with delicious dishes and bites for patrons. The main dining room can fit up to 100 people and has 100 beers on tap.
