The restaurant will join the growing list of dining options at the Clinton Township mall.
Noble Duck Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse is a new dining concept planned for The Mall at Partridge Creek, from recent reports. This comes from accomplished chef Omar Mitchell, who opened Table No. 2 Restaurant in Detroit. Right now, it is looking like the restaurant will open around the holidays, so November or December.
Mitchell has around 30 years of cooking experience, and opened his concept Table No. 2 in 2020 at 1045 Brush Street downtown. There, he prepares wood fire prime rib, and seafood entrees like perch from Lake Michigan and blackened snapper. He also manages concepts like Great Lakes Burger and Wings on Run at Ford Field Stadium.
The menu and details are being released closer to the opening, but Japanese cuisine like hibachi and sushi are to be expected. Craft beverages like spirits and beer are going to be served as well.
While the location does not have an exact address year, it will be on the east side of the mall close to Powerhouse Gym and Cooper’s Hawk. The mall is on the south side of Hall Road, accessible from Partridge Creek Boulevard. This is on the far north side of Clinton Township.
Right now, the team is in the early planning stages of the restaurant, and have not yet set up a website or social media pages.
