Houston’s culinary scene is about to get a delightful new addition with the upcoming launch of Blue Rooster, a fresh bar concept poised to open at 19817 Northwest Freeway. Spearheaded by Owner Cling Long, Blue Rooster promises to bring a unique and vibrant experience to the local community.

The extensive renovation project, estimated at $250,000, focuses on transforming the existing restaurant space into a lively bar environment. With a scope that includes a full interior remodel while maintaining the existing restrooms and kitchen, the project covers a spacious 2,845 square feet. This renovation aims to create a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere for patrons to enjoy.

As Blue Rooster prepares to open its doors, Long is dedicated to ensuring every detail is perfect. The chef and kitchen manager have been hired, and more information will be released as it gets closer.

The establishment is slated for an October 1, 2024 opening as long as all goes to plan.
