A new breakfast and brunch spot is heading to Webster, as Keke’s Breakfast Cafe prepares to open its doors at 140 El Dorado Blvd #300. Known for its hearty comfort food, clean aesthetic, and made-to-order approach, Keke’s is making its Texas debut with an interior buildout valued at $350,000, according to recent permit filings.
The upcoming cafe will occupy a 4,956-square-foot space and is set to undergo a full interior transformation. The scope of work listed includes a complete tenant finish-out to create a signature Keke’s environment—bright, casual, and family-friendly—with a layout designed to accommodate the brand’s breakfast-forward menu. Expect plenty of booth seating, open visibility to the kitchen, and a crisp, modern decor style that mirrors Keke’s existing locations.
Originating in Florida, Keke’s has carved out a name for itself with generous portions, fresh ingredients, and customer favorites like stuffed French toast, build-your-own omelets, and classic pancakes served all day. With a menu that leans heavily into brunch culture but steers clear of fast food stylings, the cafe aims to offer a full-service alternative in a casual setting.
While this Webster location marks Keke’s introduction to the Houston-area market, it’s a part of a broader nationwide growth push following its acquisition by Denny’s Corporation in 2022. Though still operated as a standalone brand, the added backing has helped accelerate its expansion into new territories.
Construction is scheduled to begin in July 2025, with completion targeted for November 2025.
