The beloved Shipley Do-Nuts is expanding its footprint with a new location at 4410 Westway Park Blvd #300, slated to bring sugary delight to the local community. Co-Franchisee Lillian Lee is at the helm of this exciting project, which has garnered a permit for a substantial renovation valued at $300,000.
The comprehensive interior remodel will cover 2,006 square feet and is set to include extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades to create a state-of-the-art donut shop. This will create a welcoming and vibrant environment where people can enjoy their favorite treats, and uphold the high standards and traditions of Shipley Do-Nuts.
This isn’t Lee’s first foray into the world of donuts and coffee, as her and her parents continue to build out their portfolio with more locations of Shipley Do-Nuts. Most recently they added one in Hockley.
Work is scheduled to commence in July 2024, with the the completion anticipated for October 2024. This timely endeavor promises to transform the space into a haven for donut aficionados, complete with Shipley’s signature offerings.
