The upcoming Hockley store will mark their 12th location, following closely on the heels of their 11th opening in Tomball, anticipated in April 2024. With an estimated cost of $225,000 for renovation and alteration, this project entails architectural and engineering work to transform an 1,800 square foot cold, dark shell into a welcoming haven for donut lovers. Moreover, the Lees are already planning ahead with a 13th location on the horizon, also in Hockley, as the center is currently under construction.
