Smoothie King’s newest location is set to open at 7016 Elyson Exchange Way, Suite B200, Cypress, TX 77433, under the direction of Franchisee Diego Chappell.
“This will be our second location to open,” Chappell shared. “We have been open on West Little York and Fry Road going on six successful years. These two locations are the only franchises that I have at this point.” The existing store includes a drive-thru, but this new location will feature Smoothie King’s newly designed inline format to enhance digital order efficiency and quick service.
Chappell emphasized the importance of adapting to customers’ evolving preferences: “Ordering ahead on a digital platform has become so prominent in our society. This location will be specifically designed to aid that and make it a smooth process and have people in and out.” The store will integrate Smoothie King’s app, allowing users to customize their smoothies, track calories in real-time, and reorder saved favorites with ease.
In addition to the revamped design, the new Elyson location will feature the latest menu innovations, offering blends to meet a wide range of health goals and cravings. “We look forward to being a part of this new community and helping them fuel healthy and active lifestyles in the most convenient way,” Chappell added.

Scheduled for completion in October 2025, the upcoming 1,100-square-foot store will bring a sleek, modern twist to the brand’s traditional format, prioritizing convenience and customer-focused innovation.
