The Rice Box is preparing to make a major move into Webster with a brand-new full-service restaurant planned for 114 El Dorado Blvd. The restaurant, led by Founder and CEO John Peterson, reflects the brand’s steady growth and commitment to offering its signature Asian-inspired flavors to new communities.
According to recently filed permits, the upcoming location will be a ground-up construction project with an estimated cost of $2.4 million. The restaurant will span 3,435 square feet with a focus on creating what is to be expected as a fully immersive The Rice Box experience. The new space will assume to continue the brand’s tradition of distinctive design paired with bold, crave-worthy dishes.
Peterson’s vision for The Rice Box has always been rooted in building spaces that deliver more than just a meal. That philosophy will guide the development of the Webster location, promising guests a lively and memorable dining environment.
Construction on this The Rice Box location is set to begin in April 2025, with an expected completion by December 2025.
