Yoshi Sushi Asian Fusion is set to make its mark in Park Row with a new restaurant at 22225 Elyson Falls Dr #100, confirmed by Owner Hua Hui He. The upcoming eatery will offer a blend of Japanese and Chinese cuisine, expanding the dining options in the community.

He shared in a message to What Now Houston–“It is still under construction and we are still working on the menus so I can’t give you any more information on the details.” According to public records, the new restaurant will span 3,057 square feet and is undergoing its first interior build-out. The project, with an estimated cost of $400,000, is classified as new construction.

Once complete, Yoshi Sushi Asian Fusion aims to offer a fresh and flavorful take on two of Asia’s most beloved cuisines. Although menu details are still being finalized, local Asain-food enthusiasts can expect a thoughtful dining experience that brings together traditional dishes with modern influences—all served in a brand-new space designed for comfort and style.

He clarified that the team is targeting to open Yoshi Sushi’s doors sometime between October and December of 2025.
