A charcuterie business known for its handcrafted boards and grazing tables is planning a new location in Callahan. Evie’s by Champagne & Charcuterie is listed for 450022 State Road 200, where owner Karen Kirkland plans to build on the business she has developed in Northeast Florida.

Evie’s by Champagne & Charcuterie currently serves Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, with its existing location listed at 2380 Sadler Road, Suite 101, in Fernandina Beach. The company specializes in custom charcuterie boards, grazing tables and catering for gatherings ranging from intimate celebrations to corporate events and larger parties.

Kirkland brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to the business. Her approach centres on combining food, presentation and personalized service, with boards and spreads tailored to the occasion and the needs of each client.

The business offers several sizes of charcuterie boards, including individual options and larger selections designed for groups. Depending on the size, boards can feature artisan cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, fresh vegetables, nuts, dried fruit and crackers. The company also offers brunch charcuterie, with meats, cheeses, fruit, nuts, dried fruit and pastries.

For larger gatherings, its grazing tables provide a more extensive spread, while charcuterie cups offer a smaller, individually portioned option. The company also lists specialty products and custom orders among its services, giving customers choices for different types of events.

Kirkland also offers charcuterie workshops for people who want to learn how to assemble their own boards. The two-hour classes cover ingredient pairings and presentation, with private, in-person and public sessions available. The business also lists virtual classes, extending the experience beyond in-person gatherings.

Evie’s by Champagne & Charcuterie is expected to open on 9 November. Customers can follow Evie’s by Champagne & Charcuterie on Facebook and visit its website for updates on the business and its offerings.
