According to a brief report in JDR, site plans are in review for a Waffle House restaurant. The newest spot of the popular diner chain is planned between Tractor Supply Co. and a Community First Credit Union under construction.

The classic brand is known for its quintessential American breakfast offerings such as waffles, pancakes, and other large breakfast platters.

Jax Daily Record recently reported that at another Waffle House was planned for 4319 Deerwood Lake Parkway for a combined estimated project cost of $876,000 – and almost $1.5 million counting the land purchase.

The utility plan reportedly shows a proposed 34-seat, roughly 1,842-square-foot Waffle House with 32 parking spaces.

No opening date has been announced.
