Krush Groove Cafe is grooving its way into the Las Vegas Valley this year. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new Krush Groove Cafe is expected to open in the unincorporated town of Winchester within the Las Vegas Valley at 953 East Sahara Ave., b-27.
The address belongs to The Historic Commercial Center District World Village, also known as Commercial Center. Established in 1963, this long-running retail plaza sits in the heart of the Las Vegas Valley.
Krush Groove Cafe will open in good company. The retail center is home to 15 restaurants, including Balkan Bar & Grill and Arawan Thai Bistro. The Historic Commercial Center District World Village also has 10 Lounges & 9 Bars, 4- 24 hour Bars & Gaming, A Premiere Cabaret, 3 Banquet halls, 7 Event spaces, Dancing & shows, 18 Acre Outdoor Event Area, 15 Restaurants, Bakery & Coffee Shop, Live Entertainment, Family Friendly, and 4-18+over Adult Clubs.
“You Can Do Everything at Commercial Center! Established in 1963, this landmark has been home to many original Las Vegas small Businesses,” the Commercial Center website reads.
” A most Diverse Eclectic Mix of Life in All of Las Vegas. From the days of the Rat Pack Dining at Commercial Center Deli, & “Jackies Deli” to Elvis Presley Shopping at John Fish Jewelers picking out an Engagement Ring for Priscilla in the 60’s.”
At the helm of the Krush Groove Cafe opening is CEO and Founder Charles Moore. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Moore via text messages, who confirmed that the new eatery should open by Oct./Nov, barring permits. Unfortunately, Moore was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
With no website or social media pages up just yet, there’s no word out on what exactly the new spot will offer. But we suspect that there will be coffee, as it is a cafe. Keep your ears perked and your eyes open for the latest on this exciting new addition to Las Vegas’ culinary scene and The Historic Commercial Center District.
