Rivera Food Service, Inc is set to debut in Las Vegas. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the California-born Asian market and restaurant supplier is expected to open in the Rancho Oakey neighborhood near the Chinatown/Valley View area at 3864 W Sahara Ave.
At the helm of the opening is brand officer, Kyle Jiang, and Rivera Food Service, Inc President, Sharon Hai, both of whom are listed on the permit. What Now Las Vegas reached out to both Jiang and Hai, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
Rivera Food Service is a household name in California. The brand has been around since 1999 and operates as a wholesale warehouse catering to the public, similar to an “Asian Costco”. It provides industrial-sized, commercial, and wholesale food products. Although Rivera Food Service is working with a small team, it’s already made a huge impact.
“🌏Your go-to Asian Market,” the Rivera Food Service Instagram page reads.
“🥦Supplying freshness for restaurants & families. 🛒Wholesale & Retail both available.”
The market is known for carrying a wide variety of commercial-size products. On its website, Rivera Food Service lists a large number of items, including Dairy products, fruits & vegetables, meat, seafood, and more. The brand also has a bakery and restaurant. No word just yet on what exactly the new Las Vegas location’s restaurant will offer. But we’re sure that more details will be revealed as we inch towards opening. So keep your eyes locked on the brand’s social media page for updates.
Rivera Food Service is anticipated to open in the Rancho Oakey neighborhood near the Chinatown/Valley View area at 3864 W Sahara Ave later this year.
