Graz’n Tables Charcuterie is on the move, with plans to relocate to a nearby location after selling its current space.

Mother-daughter owners Paula Kovacs and Chelsey Barringer recently announced that the deli market at 1996 S Houston Levee Rd in Collierville was officially listed for sale.

“This space has been so good to us, helping us grow from a dream into a thriving small business,” they wrote. “But now, we’ve outgrown her walls, and it’s time to pass the torch to someone new.”

The pair also shared exciting news about the future, revealing they’re “working hard behind the scenes” to “elevate and enhance the Graz’n charcuterie experience in 2025.” The business, set to move to a new, undisclosed location in the Collierville area, will also adopt a new name.

While details about the upcoming spot remain under wraps for now, patrons can look forward to familiar Graz’n Tables favorites, including grab-and-go charcuterie trays, adult “Lunchables,” sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

For now, customers can still place charcuterie and catering orders online, with pickups available at Congregation Coffee in Germantown and Sweet LaLa’s in East Memphis.

“Here’s to the next chapter for Graz’n and this cherished spot in our story,” said Kovacs and Barringer.
