Staks! Kitchen, the Memphis-based restaurant chain, has announced its newest location is coming to Arlington sometime next year.

The company’s sixth location will open under franchisee Nick Bolander, a Collierville operator and entrepreneur, according to Commercial Appeal. His team is currently searching for numerous properties along the I-40 corridor within Arlington town limits. Although the franchise owner is still looking for a location for the new site, it is expected to open in late winter or early spring next year. Staks! Kitchen originally opened in 2015, serving breakfast and lunch in a fast-casual, upscale dining environment.

“We believe Staks is just what Arlington needs to satisfy the growing population’s brunch and lunch needs and cannot wait to serve,” Nick Bolander tells Commercial Appeal. “We’re ecstatic as local Shelby County residents to expand.”

Staks! Kitchen has four locations throughout the Memphis area, including in Germantown and Collierville, as well as sites in Southaven, Mississippi, and Auburn, Alabama. The restaurant offers something for everyone, from sophisticated French toast and vegan skillet to new sandwiches and wraps, all made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Staks! Kitchen also offers monthly specials and hand-crafted cocktails. All locations are open seven days a week from 6:30 am to 2 pm, so customers can expect the same opening times for the new Arlington site.

“[I’m] “blown away by Nick’s passion for the brand and his leadership, we are looking forward to continued success for many years to come,” Brice Bailey, owner of the Staks franchise, tells Commercial Appeal.
