TOUS les JOURS Bakery Expanding to Mid-South with Three Locations

A South Korean artisan bakery franchise specializing in French-Asian-inspired delicacies is making its debut in the Mid-South with three new bakeries.

Although the precise locations have yet to be disclosed, TOUS les JOURS is set to debut in East Memphis, adjacent to Red Pier Cajun Seafood & Bar at 5901 Poplar Ave. The Cordova establishment will be nestled close to Dexter Rd, while the Southaven branch is expected to take root near Goodman Rd E, though this is subject to change.

Anticipated to open their doors in approximately three months, these forthcoming TOUS les JOURS locations are backed by Memphis Bakery LLC, a Bartlett-based investment group spearheading the project.

Each location will span 2,500 to 3,500 square feet of space, featuring indoor seating choices for guests. Additionally, patrons can enjoy a variety of options including to-go, dine-in, and catering services.

With over 1,650 locations worldwide, TOUS les JOURS is renowned for its extensive array of baked goods, offering more than 300 house-made items, including bread, pastries, cakes, desserts, and beverages.

Among the bakery’s offerings are the Green Tea Cloud Cake, Purple Sweet Potato Loaf, Turkey and Cheese Croissant, and Guava Danish, accompanied by a selection of coffee, tea, and smoothies.
