An annual favorite is getting ready to haunt Memphis shoppers. Spirit Halloween has filed papers to bring its spooky wares to a neighborhood storefront.

The beloved concept will be bringing its fun and creepy inventory to 7950 Giacosa Pl. Spirit Halloween has been issued a certificate of occupancy by the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development. The application shows that the store will span 29,657 square feet and will have an occupant load of 494.

The new location will be run by Steepdeep Ventures, a prolific and seasoned franchisee of Spirit Halloween. An opening timeline is not presently available for the storefront; however the shop is actively recruiting staff. Additionally, the issued certificate of occupancy suggests that an opening date is in the not-too-distant future.

Spirit Halloween has been the premiere destination for spooky decorations, costumes, and accessories since 1983. The concept is a one-stop shop for every possible Halloween need.
