A new automotive repair shop is preparing to pull into Memphis. A concept called Bluff City Tires and Auto is making moves towards opening on South Third Street according to recently filed paperwork.
Bluff City Tires and Auto is planning to open at 4557 S Third Street. The establishment currently has a certificate of occupancy under review with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development which details the scope of work the concept plans to achieve. Bluff City is poised to become an important resource for Memphis drivers; the stated business use is listed as “tire sales, car sales and mechanic work”.
An opening timeline is not presently available for Bluff City Tires and Auto, however the certificate of occupancy is still under review as of June 9, suggesting that while progress is being made, future customers still have a bit of a wait ahead of them.
