The New York-born brand is bringing South Florida another health-conscious eatery soon. What Now on Monday connected with the brand’s Vice President of Development & Construction Juanita Matallana to get details.
The new outfit will be located at 17149 Pines Blvd, according to filings with the DBPR. In a strip development, the new unit will near Flanigan’s Seafood, Victor’s Bakery and Hot Off De Grill. Matallana shared during a brief interview that the company is still obtaining permits and plans to commence construction soon. They are estimating an end of the year opening.
Chicken Kitchen already has quite a presence throughout Dade County, and their presence is growing in Broward. The nearest location from the new unit will be just under six miles away.
The company was founded by Christian de Berdouare in 1985. Since the original location opened, de Berdouare has spread his concept throughout South Florida with the ethos of providing healthy food.
