Warby Parker, the store that allows you to purchase quality eyewear at reasonable prices, is opening a new Doral location.
According to the Warby Parker website, a new eyewear boutique is set to open at Doral Marketplace, at 10805 NW 40th Street Road, Suite 380. An opening date has not been announced and the company website lists the location as “coming soon”, but the shop is actively seeking out licensed opticians on various job sites.
Warby Parker was founded in 2010 by Neil Blumenthal, Dave Gilboa, Andrew Hunt, and Jeffrey Raider, who wanted to invite customers to a better eyeglass buying experience. The company first started out as mail order, offering an at-home try-on program where different frames would be delivered to be tried on.
Today, Warby Parker operates more than 300 retail locations across the United States and Canada, in addition to its virtual business. Warby Parker stores offer one-stop shopping including eye exams, contact lens fittings, fashion-forward frames, and attentive customer service. The premise of Warby Parker is that it doesn’t sell designer names, rather it offers its own brand of frames that are high quality, yet cost less.
