Pendry Hotels & Resorts and real estate investment and development firm SomeraRoad to build Pendry Nashville, a new hotel heading to Paseo South Gulch, according to a release. Construction is still to come, with a target opening in 2027.
In addition to 180 guestrooms and suites and 146 Pendry Residences, the hotel will feature a restaurant on the ground floor, a lobby bar and a rooftop garden restaurant and bar. The website indicates that one of the offerings will be Bar Pendry, a modern take on a classic hotel bar that can be found at other Pendry locations. It serves signature cocktails, fine wines and beer.
Other amenities will include a rooftop pool, a fitness center, a writer’s room and library and 10,000 square feet of special event space.

We look forward to capturing the true sense of spirit that’s so unique to the city, and showcasing all that Pendry has to offer.”
Local architectural firm ESa and New York-based interior design studio Post Company are heading up design for Pendry Nashville. Highlights will include Italian marbles, brass accents, warm woods and vintage artwork.
