Tennessee’s first Equinox is one step closer to opening in Nashville. According to a recent Instagram post from Nashville HQ, the luxury fitness brand has opened a showroom at its future South Gulch location as construction continues, with the club expected to debut in early 2027.

The forthcoming fitness club will occupy roughly 34,000 square feet across three floors of The Bill Voorhees Co. building at Paseo South Gulch. Exterior Equinox branding is now visible on the building, signaling continued progress on the highly anticipated project.

Nashville HQ also noted that the showroom is now open, allowing prospective members to learn more about memberships and preview the club before it officially opens. Equinox’s website lists the showroom at 631 8th Avenue South.

When completed, the club is expected to feature expansive strength and cardio training areas, group fitness studios, Reformer Pilates, luxury locker rooms, a recovery area with sauna and cold plunge amenities, and an on-site retail shop, according to Equinox.

In addition to its in-club offerings, all members will receive access to the EQX+ app, which includes on-demand workouts, virtual training, and exclusive fitness content that can be used anywhere.

The South Gulch location will mark Equinox’s first Tennessee club, adding another upscale wellness destination to one of Nashville’s fastest-growing neighborhoods when it opens in early 2027.
