Known for concepts like Le Grand Boucherie and Le Rock, France-based The Group is planning a restaurant for 444 and 446 Columbus Ave. in the Upper West Side. According to West Side Rag, there is signage in the window indicating that it will be a Boucherie concept, and a representative confirmed that a restaurant is in the works. Neither the new location nor the concept has been officially announced by the group. What Now New York has reached out to public relations representatives for The Group for more information.

While a new location of the eponymous Boucherie concept hasn’t been announced, it would be the first Uptown outpost. There are currently Boucherie concepts in the West Village and Union Square neighborhoods. Featuring French bistro fare, the upscale restaurants are known for their combination of class and comfort.
