A health and wellness-focused eatery is expanding its presence in New York City.
Pura Vida Miami, founded by Omer Horev and his wife, Jen, will open its latest location at 211 W. 84th St. and Broadway, New Openings NYC shared via Instagram.
The eatery launched in South Florida in 2012 and has since grown to more than 50 locations across Florida, California, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia and New York. The upcoming spot will join the brand’s existing New York City outposts in NoMad, Bleecker St., NoLita, Bryant Park, the Upper East Side and Flatiron
Pura Vida Miami aims to serve a diverse menu of “nutritious” and “indulgent” whole foods.
“We craft every menu item to meet today’s fast-paced lifestyle needs with an emphasis on colorful plates filled with fruits, vegetables, and proteins. We believe in eating balanced nutritional meals that are tasty and satisfying,” the website reads.
The menu spans all-day breakfast options such as wraps, toast, burritos and bagels, along with lunch offerings including handhelds, salads and bowls. Heartier choices include grass-fed steak, roasted chicken and raw wild tuna plates.
Guests can also choose from smoothies, cold-pressed juices and wellness shots, including Miami-inspired options such as “Miami Vice” and “Welcome to Miami.”
An official opening date has not yet been announced, but the recent post depicts signage is already up at the new location.
